About Me

I believe that we mother our children most well when we feel mothered well, and that’s why I’m here. I would love to connect and help you discover the power that lies in a wise + lovingly nurturing inner maternal voice of your own.

I’m Keely, and I’m so grateful to share this space with you.

I’m a perinatal + maternal mental health therapist, mom to two of my own life-changing humans, and a passionate supporter of other growing mothers.

Maybe like you, I’ve been through some really difficult moments as a mom. I’ve experienced the difficult pregnancy and traumatic birth. I’ve been through and recovered from postpartum depression + anxiety, twice. And ever since, I’ve confronted some of my most greatest fears while learning how to parent my children and love myself at the same time.

Motherhood has been some of the hardest work I’ve ever faced, but it has also the given me my greatest gifts — my incredibly amazing daughter and son, and also the opportunity to better understand more of myself. Motherhood has given me the chance to heal parts of myself that might have otherwise stayed painfully deep + buried.

Now it’s my honor to walk with you through some of the biggest transformations you too will ever know. I love helping you feel more supported and hopeful that healing is possible in your journey too!
